Good afternoon, let us express our opinions about the statement " work experience is more important to get a job than a personality " (agree or disagree) ?..

According to our group "Disagree". Even though work experience and personality are something that is mutually sustainable in getting a job, but in our opinion personality is far more important than work experience. Why??
Because personality is used as a benchmark in providing trust, confidence and opportunities for someone to get a job. Good personality such as honesty, responsibility, discipline etc, is enough to be used as an excuse to accept someone working. In addition, one cannot get work experience if he does not have a good personality.
For example, I have a friend named Rendi. In 2015, he just graduated with a bachelor's degree at the University of Surabaya. Then in the same year he applied for a job at PT.Maspion Bank Indonesia Tbk. Previously he had mo work experience at all because he was focused on his lecture, but he could pass the interview and psychological test until he was finally admitted to the PT and worked until now.
The conclusion : If work experience is the most important thing in getting a job, then what about someone newly graduated from school / undergraduate can be accepted at a company, while he does not have any work experience before? So, personality is what we think is more important. Because when we want to get a job we are also required to conduct interview and several tests, one of which is psychological test. Judging from the answers and attitudes of a person we can find out how a person's personality can be used as a consideration to get a job.
Thank you:-D
