Good afternoon, allow us to explain our group's opinion about statements about " people have not changed much during their work" ( agree or disagree) ?
According to our group is "Disagree" because the longer a person works, the person's experience will increase, besides that the responsibility given by the company will be greater for example: when someone working in the company for a long time, most likely will promoted to rise and automatically someone will learn and adapt in their work with different salary according to the current position. For example: I have a friend named muty who works in the PHPL ministry. she started working in 2006 with the first position as a financial staff, after she gets experience of various challenges while working in the position, but thanks perseverance and accuracy in processing money and completing all responsibilities properly, then on 2012 she was promoted to treasurer 1. During the course of time a worker will experience various challenges in their work, and it is workers are required to be critical and responsible for solving these challenges very well. When she can resolve these challenges, workers can learn to understand the various solutions that they have not understood and their mindsets will automatically evolve and the way they work must be different.
